Shipping policy

Courier Partner

We use Leopards Courier for all deliveries across Pakistan. All shipments and returns are handled exclusively through Leopards Courier.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days. In some areas delivery may take up to 8 working days depending on location. Delivery is processed on working days only. Sundays and public holidays are not counted.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Card Payment

Bank Transfer

COD Restrictions

COD may not be available for certain remote areas. COD orders above PKR 10000 may require advance payment confirmation.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the parcel has been handed over to Leopards Courier, cancellation will not be possible.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive a wrong item, contact us within 24 hours on WhatsApp at 03087473116 with a photo or video as proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Out of Stock Notice

If your ordered item is out of stock, we will inform you immediately. You will be offered a replacement or a full refund.

Damaged or Broken Parcel

If your order arrives damaged or broken, you must record a video while opening the parcel and send it to us within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp at 03087473116. Claims reported after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Packaging Policy

We pack all items securely before dispatch. However, if damage occurs due to improper handling during unpacking by the customer, we will not be held responsible.

Delivery Attempts

Leopards Courier will attempt delivery twice. If the customer is unavailable on both attempts, the parcel will be returned to us. Reshipping charges will be paid by the customer.

Returns

We do offer returns. However, the return shipping charges will be paid by the customer. Returns are processed through Leopards Courier only.

Fake or Fraud Orders

We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious or fake orders. Customers placing fraudulent orders may be blacklisted and reported to relevant authorities.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, your Leopards Courier tracking ID will be shared with you via WhatsApp or Email.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at the moment. It may be available in the future.
